About HAILO
HAILO is an artificial intelligence consultancy based in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico. We serve as the HR department for digital employees: defining roles, building employees, integrating them with business systems and supporting their performance. Our work starts with the processes and information each organization already uses.
What we do
We create digital employees for sales, customer service, collections and operations. They can communicate through WhatsApp, voice calls, Gmail or Outlook; consult catalogs, inventory, pricing and promotions; record CRM opportunities; prepare quotations and documents; and update an ERP. Bank connections, payment gateways and invoicing are implemented through the authorized access and providers required by each business.
How we work
We first define responsibilities, tools and operating guidelines. We then build and integrate the employee using the organization's information. Finally, we review results and improve its capabilities alongside the team. Operations can be available 24/7; permissions, exceptions and approvals are agreed for each role. The site's interactive examples use fictional people, conversations and documents.
